Recruiter contacts you and you schedule a large group interview-- they hire a whole bunch if people you pay all up front licensing costs and they supposedly promise leads through their network of corporate employees. I immediately felt like the people were sleazy use unsophisticated pressure sales on their recruits as well as prospective clients. No thank you.
