30 minutes phone call with the recruiter. 30 minutes phone call with my future "buddy" at work. 30 minutes phone call with my future "manager" in the program. Questions asked were common behavioral interview questions.
Quick and effective, had a phone screening and one week after an in person interview was held in office with 2 people. I felt that I heard back in approx 4/5 working days so I was kept in the loop throughout

They asked me how I would simultaneously manage different tasks and deadlines at one time
They will let you have a test before the interview to test your English ability. After waiting for a while they will let you go inside the room with the interviewer. The interview took about 30 minutes. The interviewer is nice and friendly.

Interview
There was first an easy phone interview - all behavioral. Then there was a super-day with three 30 min interviews. Interviewers differed greatly from one another - none of them worked in human resources. Some interviewers were friendly, one was rude, and one left the interview 10 minutes into it because she had a meeting.
