Thank you for taking the time to interview with AIR MILES (LoyaltyOne). Candidate experience is very important to us so I appreciate you sharing your feedback on our interview process. While the process is not always perfect, we are committed to brainstorming ways and making iterations to elevate the interview experience. We actually recently revamped our technical interview testing to bring more of a strategic focus and to set technical expectations by role level. We also administer the testing to teams within the department to ensure it is relevant and viable.
In regards to your comments on diversity, at AIR MILES we create a culture of inclusion by inviting our Associates to come as they are to do what they love. We’ve established employee resource groups which are grass-roots movements committed to highlighting different identities and perspectives. We are passionate about developing a workplace where everyone feels supported. We are especially proud that 57% of our AIR MILES Senior Leadership team are women, including our SVP of Data & Technology.
