Extensive interview process (2 months) guided personally by CEO. Good combination of technical skills assessment and personality fit. I was impressed by the amount of time the CEO chose to spend on the selection process, even to the point of making himself available for discussions outside business hours and via phone, text message, or email. Interactions were "unfiltered" so I felt I had a very honest and open exchange with the CEO. Ultimately we mutually agreed the personality fit wasn't what we both needed, but I retain a positive impression of a company with many interesting challenges as well as the commitment required to address them.
