You submit your resume. then you get invited to a video interview.
1 behavioral question and 3 math problems
Very quick turnaround in the process. Almost got invited to video interview a day after i submitted my resume and got rejected a day after the video recording.
I found the process pretty weird since I think I answered all the math problems correctly.

Mental Math problem but printed out in words. aka thirty five times thirty five.
The interview process consists of an online assessment, phone screen, phone interview, and final interview. The phone screen was with a recruiter, the phone interview was with a trader, and the final interview was with a trader.

Did the Options 201 course. It consisted of math and options questions. Top performers of the course move on to a behavioral interview. Very standard behavioral questions like "why trading" / "why Akuna".

Good. some questions are hard but others are easy, the pace is good. overall it's average. I didnt pass. I've no idea why. But I think the interview process is fair.
