5 rounds. First is a math test with mental math and sequences. Second is a personality test with 185 questions. Third is a video interview with 1behavior and several math questions. Must pay attention that you don't have special time to read qiestions and prepare for your answer. Just start as quickly as you can.

Did the Options 201 course. It consisted of math and options questions. Top performers of the course move on to a behavioral interview. Very standard behavioral questions like "why trading" / "why Akuna".
Good. some questions are hard but others are easy, the pace is good. overall it's average. I didnt pass. I've no idea why. But I think the interview process is fair.
