just got the first round and it is about 22mins math calculation and not so hard， but the sequences questions are pretty hard. I just proceed to the second test and see what would happen later.

Did the Options 201 course. It consisted of math and options questions. Top performers of the course move on to a behavioral interview. Very standard behavioral questions like "why trading" / "why Akuna".
Good. some questions are hard but others are easy, the pace is good. overall it's average. I didnt pass. I've no idea why. But I think the interview process is fair.
