Question 1
Apart from algorithm questions which I won't share under NDA (just practice your mid-level leetcode). They do ask about your background and why in particular you are interested in being a quant.
I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at AKUNA CAPITAL (Phoenix, AZ) in Feb 2020
Interview
There was two rounds of aptitude test. There were lots of questions and a timer to identify the speed and accuracy of the interviewer. After clearing those two rounds, the third round was the call where the interviewer asked probability related question, after which I was rejected.

Question 1
How do you make a probability of heads to tails 2:3 by using two unbiased coins.
I applied on their website. In two weeks, I got an invitation to OA test in python on Hackerank. There were 5 questions in 120 minutes. You need to know some algorithms such as shortest-path.
The first round was to solve three programming problems online within two hours. I was not very experienced with algorithm problems back then and only solved 1.5/3. Didn't get the offer.
