First stage was a 2 hour HackerRank challenge, with a few multiple choice questions and two coding questions. Second stage was Codepair, with a pretty simple task (implement some methods for a class). Final stage was a 2 hour interview via Zoom in three parts - first some behavioural questions with HR, which took about 20 minutes, then another Codepair, then a design question.

Interview
All the interviewers I talked to were disinterested to a point where they were downright rude. With trading being a competitive industry, if they can't even find interviewers with a hint of enthusiasm for their company I'm not sure how they can convince anyone to join them.
OAs are tough, but if you can get most of the tests to pass you'll get a phone screen I think. It might take a long time to schedule, but phone screens have coding (not LC) or just CS fundamentals trivia depending on the team.
