The HR staff act like demi-gods. The recruitment process seems to be a sham. After a couple of interview stages, the HR and hiring managers will email you saying the position have been given to someone else. However, The same positions are still advertised on their website for months. I doubt if the CEO and managing director are constantly looking for executive/personal assistant.
