Online application form in which you submit all your personal details. Then the next stage is online tests which you have to complete. Then you get through to a video interview

Online interview was relatively straight forward, very unconventional behavioral questions, but was fun. Online testing was old, and outsourced to an agency, so the test was outdated - very similar to other tests available online. Online tests also had a personality test, but im not sure how important that was.
