Interview
I went to the hiring event and turned in my app, at which point the district manager asked me if I had reliable transportation and if I could be available all hours. I said yes but since I still had a job, just needed time to give them a notice before I was available all hours. He said thanks for coming out and that he would call me within a week for an interview if I was being considered. Went home and 2hours later he called me for an interview that day. Went to interview with him and he basically went over everything on my app. Didn't say anything about my resume or reference letters. The store manager gave me a tour of the store while answering my questions. I was told they'd call me within a week if they were interested. 3business days later the district manager called me and said I got the job and needed to sign paperwork and do a drug test.

If this were your store, how would you handle employees stealing?
I was invited to a group interview where we walked around the store and toured the backroom where products are loaded and stocked. This was followed by an individual interview with the store manager.

How do you approach team building and teamwork? How would you handle a difficult situation? How do you define customer service? Where do you see yourself in five years? Is the customer always right?
Group interview, 26 people at the same store. 35 were invited to attend. Store tour and overview. Waited as they called us randomly for a quick 3-5 min interview. Took about 90 mins.

Interview
It was a basic one on one interview where the manager went over the basics of the job and I concurred I had experience in all of the shelve stocking and customer service aspects of the job from my time as a Produce clerk. It lasted about 10 minutes and then I was asked to leave.
