I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at ALDI (Hinckley, OH) in Jun 2016
Interview
There was a group interview to learn more about the position in a question/answer format. Our resumes were collected after the informational session. I was not called back for a one-on-one interview, nor did I receive notification that I was not selected. It's professional to let your candidates know if they are not being considered. It is an indicator of the professionalism and work ethic of the company.

Question 1
We asked questions of the accounting manager (organizational structure, job position, software utilized, history of company, etc.).
First stage had to record video of me answering interview questions. Next stage was to do some testing i had to do both excel and maths testing and passed. Got to final interview stage but didn't get through, i was against internal candidates so i think i had the short straw from the start, time was wasted.
