I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at ALDI in Feb 2022
Interview
3 rounds interviews. The first round was an online task test, quite stressful as it supposed to answer each question in 45 seconds on average. Next round was an interview with another 2 leads. The interview was quite technical and the interviewers were knowledgeable. The last round was a face-to-face interview with director and another 2 managers.
Overall it was quite surprised the length and the interview style for a BA role only.

Why Aldi? Where do you see yourself in five years?
Got a call for a BA interview telephone interview, this was supposed to be a 30 min call, but the person talking on the other end didn't take any interest and was talking in a low voice. While I was explaining my experience, I was interrupted, so I just answered a couple of questions about how many years of experience you have in SQL, tableau that's it the call got over in ten min. Two days later I got rejection mail. I have over ten years of experience with tableau sql among other things. I don't think I will apply again for Aldi.
