If you are successful you will receive an email to book an Individual assessment in store. Mine was the done with regional recruitment guy who then speaks to the store manager about you. He just asked simple questions like what I do in my free time, how I got to the store, why I chose Aldi and why I think Aldi is different from the other stores. He told me if I am successful I will be invited to the store for a 3 hour trial to see how I get along with other colleagues and if it is the job for me.
