I applied through college or university. I interviewed at ALDI (Houston, TX)
Interview
I applied online through my business school's career site. I was invited to interview with Aldi on campus. There was a company informational the night before in which we learned about the position and the company, and we had a chance to ask questions. The first round of interviews is one-on-one with a Director of Operations. They asked me questions about my resume and experiences and school. Nothing too out of the ordinary. They said I would hear back in a week and a half if I was invited to the second round, but I got my invitation the next day. I am waiting to attend the second round of interviews.
