ALDI Retail Accountant interview questions

It was a very formal process with the direct supervisor. There is no HR department, so not a lot of levels to go through. He asked all the standard questions about weaknesses and strengths, difficult situations, accomplishments, etc. He told me about the values and culture within the company....pretty standard interview overall.
