ALDI Retail Assistant interview questions

There were three stages of interview process. First stage was within group interview. Then if you pass it you get a confirmation by email for second interview for one on one. If you succeed this one you will go on to the third stage interview.

I was first invited to a group interview. They asked us questions about the store layout as such. Those who were successful were invited back via email 3 weeks later. We were told it would be 1 week. Before the individual interview I had to do a medical. Aldi than interviewed me and gave mixed messages. They showed me around the store. We were told if you were successful they would call you back in 1-2 weeks. I was under the impression that if rejected they would notify you by phone call as well.
