I was interviewed my an Area Manager who asked me to tell her about myself, did a 5 min maths test and another brief test and she briefly described the job role to me. firstly arrived to a group interview with about ten people, had to go around the group introduce youself and name an interesting fact about yourself. was then told about the company, the managers and how much you can progress, the new shop opening, the rotas and whats expected from staff memebers. it was fairly relaxed and very informal
