ALPLA Machine Operator interview questions

Interviewed, told him I was interested in 2nd or 3rd shift when they had multiple openings. Got told they pursued other candidates. For a place that's constantly hiring (also applied a year prior) to pass up on someone with 8 years solid experience, and have the high turnover they do, there is obviously something about them their employees don't like or costs them not to make it there very long.
