ALSTOM Communications Manager interview questions

The interview process was a three step process, with interviews with three different managers. There were held one to one on site meetings with managers. First interview held with the line manager. The second with the Head of department and last with HR manager. They filtered skills and ability to handle pressure. Questions were very well put.
