Interview
First, there was a selection based on resume. The one's who got selected were allowed to sit for Apti round. It was not too difficult, i got selected in this round. The next day, there was a GD round were 8-10 were in one batch, and the topic given was Human intelligence vs artificial intelligence. After around half an hour the selected students got a call, I was also one among them. The next round was technical round, I was asked about some oops concepts, programs, and my projects. I got selected in this round as well. Soon they called me to HR round, In HR round i was asked about my family background, my role in projects and if i was ready to relocate. I got rejected HR round (maybe because i was not ready to relocate other than Bangalore). This was my experience, All the best.

While Alstom's hiring process does vary by region, function, and seniority level, common threads include:
A mix of tests, technical/problem-solving, behavioral or situational questions, and cultural fit evaluation.
For campus recruits, it's usually 3–4 rounds; for experienced-level roles, expect more layers and possibly longer timelines.
Being well-prepared, communicative, and clear can help you navigate each stage smoothly.
