ALTEN Business Development Manager interview questions

I got reached out via LinkedIn by the Manager... we did an hour and half of intense questioning on my CV, the position, the offer and about myself. I appreciate that I was able to ask a lot of questions as well and the Manager was really transparent. However, I got asked a lot of personal questions that were very unprofessional, including how much I make at my current position, how many times I visit my home country, what is the profession of my partner, and what is profession of my parents ???? It felt really inappropriate and so unnecessary! Overall, very weird, and disappointing experience. The offer as well: the salary range is very low for the amount of effort & work (below the published range), working from home it's not an option(even 1/week), commission plan unclear (this question remained unanswered). The team looks very young and judging from this experience they are looking for somebody junior.

Due colloqui, molta disponibilità e cordialità da parte della recruiter e chiarezza. Percorso di ingresso chiaro e confronto aperto. Ho un buon ricordo del colloquio, vedremo se ce ne sarà un altro.
