Interview
I was first approached on Linkedin by HR. I followed a first phone interview with the HR, where I was asked general questions. I then had a skype interview with the HR (as they were not in town), which went way more in debt. In involved questions about my background, my career, my past choices and my expectations for the future. It also involved role games, simulating hypothetical situations at work (like making a sales call or dealing with my employees).
After passing this interview, I had the technical one with the manager. They went through my background, and my choices again in order to get my profile. Is stopped at this stage; an interview with the UK CEO would have followed.

J'ai passé un entretien avec ALTEN Belgium. J'ai été contacté suite à ma candidature pour un premier échange téléphonique avec la responsable RH, puis un deuxième entretien en Visio avec la même responsable, ensuite un entretien Visio en anglais avec deux manager (technique et RH)

Question 1
Il faut bien faire des recherche sur la société pour comprendre leur domaine et valeurs. Il posent des questions sur la personnalité et les motivations pour le poste. Il peut y avoir également un mise en situation (appel de prospection avec un prospect pour décrocher une visite)
Une qualification téléphonique puis un entretien assez poussé avec la recruteuse. Simulation / sketch de ventes dans le cadre d'un rdv avec l'un des clients fictifs pour tester sens commercial, prise d'information, et potentiels de recrutements pour Alten. Puis entretien avec le futur manager direct, ça depend probablement desquels mais celui que j'ai rencontré essayait de mettre en difficulté pour tester ma ténacité et ma capacite de rebond. Puis entretien avec directeur de Business Unit.

Very spontaneous conversation and constructive conversation with clear expectations for the interview as well as for the job.
However, finding out more about the job, I had the feeling the position was promoted better than what it is. More concretely, the nice aspects were emphasized and the negative aspects were either minimized or not mentioned
