After application had a phone call from HR. Had an interview after phone call with the Project Manager. Native English speaker executive expects advanced English. They were looking experienced candidate. In my Cv it was obvious that I don t have this kind of a experience.

It was a 3 stage process, starting with the step step being a behavioral interview with the business manager, the second being a technical one and the third is more of a general interview and discussion of contract if successful.
