Poco feedback da parte dell’azienda su come sia andato il colloquio. Poca comunicazione all’interno dell’azienda visto che non sanno che una possibile posizione è già stata data ad un altra persona
Colloquio conoscitivo sostenuto telefonicamente. Mi è stato chiesto il mio background accademico e lavoratovivo e mi è stato chiesto a quali posizioni e settori fossi interessato, oltre che la disponibilità alla mobilità territoriale.
Processus long, il y a eu un oubli de ma candidature et pas de projet apparent au cours des processus de l’entretien. A éviter de mon point de vue. Mais sinon un bon comportement lors des entretiens
