ALTEN Senior Software Developer interview questions

Unprofessional HR team and Process. I got a call from Alten HR for interview and discussed about the compensation I was expecting. I had two techbical rounds and cleared both rounds. Got a call from HR and she told about the positive response she got from panel. After that, She took my documents for BGV and release of offer. But two weeks went but did not get and update. After that I tried reaching them, they did not respond. My point is why you guys promise on compensation when you cant give it and wastes others time. And atleast update the person about releasing/not releasing offer update.

Contacted through LinkedIn and then received a phone call for the interview. Called in the middle of holidays when I clearly specified to call one week later. The interviewer was just interested in getting the candidate, not the candidate desires or knowledge.
