The interview process is abhorrent. They didn't have 3, or 4, or 5 interview stages, they had 7. They did not set up one, decide if you advance or not (as to not waste your time) and then go from there. They set up all 7 interviews at basically the same exact time. They had me meeting people I wasn't even sure the reason for (didn't know their position, or why they had any relevance to my position). They then let me interview with these people for weeks - these were 30-minute MINIMUM interviews by the way. I figured - this is super weird to be setting up all of these interviews at once but maybe they have 3 or 4 people in mind they want to speak to everyone and then they will make a decision. The final interview ends and they literally NEVER respond to me. They don't write to follow up, give feedback, update me, NOTHING. I finally get the recruiter to email me back and his response is two sentences about how they chose another candidate. No reason why, no feedback on how I interviewed with any of them, why they went a different way (was it my experience, was it one of the interviews, one of the questions, etc.). This is such a gross disregard for someone's time. I told them to take me off "file" for future jobs because I cannot imagine working for a company that thinks so little of people as to treat them this way. Seriously unbelievable. The one positive is that I thoroughly enjoyed speaking with every person I met with. However, as a company, as HR, as recruiting, as humans - you have to do better.
