Interview
Applied and had an interview through Microsoft Teams. After that, there was a background check and drug screening. Even if you are offered the job, realize that you still have to pass orientation (which is not mentioned during the hiring process). This consists of a few multiple choice tests, writing samples, and a case scenario.
Interview is going smooth with basic knowledge of AML,KYC and little bit knowledge about my previous work role and why do you want to join AML and what's your goal.
The interview consisted of several behavioral questions typical of most interviews and then a technical aspect specific to AML procedures. There wasn't much pressure as the interviewer emphasized the intensiveness of the onboarding process
