AML RightSource interview questions

Throughout the process, I was being considered for a Senior Analyst position. There was a business assessment and a personality test. Once I cleared that there was a meeting setup with the hiring manager. The interview goes well and I was told that the HR would be reaching out to me with the benefits and salary negotiation. 30 minutes later, I get an offer letter for a junior position with a paltry salary, no annual bonus or a description of the compensation structure. I wanted to reach out to the HR after my work hours, but later during the day I got another offer letter, this time for the correct position - but the offer letter has the name of another candidate. When I finally emailed the HR after my working hours, I got a response stating that she (the HR) would be in touch with me the following day to discuss my concerns. Never got a call. Emailed her again at the end of the day, and it has been 2 business days and no response. I was a bit puzzled, so I reached out to other current employees within AMLRS and all the 6 people I got in touch with mentioned that they had been shafted in the interview process and the company does not value their growth. None of them have gotten an annual bonus, or a raise in the 2+ years they've been a part of the organization. It is very clear from the other reviews here as well that the organization is dysfunctional at best and tries to con their employers. Please exercise caution!
