Phone interview with recruiter first. Then, a phone interview with potential direct manager. After that, in-person interview with an HR rep, then took a writing test, met with potential direct manager and one other manager (these in-person interviews happened all on one day). Finally, met with potential direct manager and her direct manager. They called about five minutes after I left the last interview to say they were going to send me an offer.
