Interview
Walked in, they had me perform the skills testing, then followed it with the interview. They turned it into a mixture of all of the skills throughout one assessment, so know your skills inside and out and WHY you’re performing each.

What does G in APGAR stand for? When is APGAR taken? What are the three criteria assessed in a stroke assessment? Know your airway adjuncts and procedures.
Straight forward and streamlined, nice interviewers, skills assessment after interview to verify proper skills, pertinent questions to why you would or should get the job, overall a good experience and would recommend to others

Interview
There was two people interviewing me taking turns asking questions. While I was responding they were typing out my responses for their boss to review and determine if I was eligible to hire.

They asked me multiple behavioral questions and a few medical questions.
Easy interview, mostly checking for general competency. We covered a handful of job related questions, a couple of general "get to know you" questions, and then discussed when my start date could be. Overall pretty straightforward.
