I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at AMR (Gulfport, MS)
Interview
Applied online, got an e-mail with a test date, and then went in and tested. After I passed, I was interviewed by the training manager. The questions were typical- what is your biggest weakness, what was the most rewarding part of your past job, name something where something went wrong and you fixed it, etc. I went in later for the PT test portion (was 6 weeks postpartum at the time and passed with no practice), then was offered a position, but did not take it. They work 12 hour shifts, on two off two, float weekends.

Question 1
There is a written test that I was not prepared for. I passed, but barely. You have to make a 65 to pass.
Straight forward and streamlined, nice interviewers, skills assessment after interview to verify proper skills, pertinent questions to why you would or should get the job, overall a good experience and would recommend to others
I applied online. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at AMR (Richland, WA) in Dec 2025
Interview
There was two people interviewing me taking turns asking questions. While I was responding they were typing out my responses for their boss to review and determine if I was eligible to hire.

Question 1
They asked me multiple behavioral questions and a few medical questions.
Easy interview, mostly checking for general competency. We covered a handful of job related questions, a couple of general "get to know you" questions, and then discussed when my start date could be. Overall pretty straightforward.
