ANGUS interview questions

The two interviewers were very friendly but the interview felt rushed, Also the office is very far away, lovely inside though. Did not get the job in the end, I feel like the interview anyone that emails them.

Hands on knowledge assessment at the plant and then proceeded to go before a board of five or six personnel to answer questions about why I should be hired. Asked to explain in detail decisions I’ve made during previous jobs that could entice them into hiring me. Was then asked to give them a characteristic of myself that i could focus on making better.
