I applied through a recruiter. I interviewed at ASME (New York, NY)
Interview
I had 3 interviews and was hired after they had introduced me to the DED, for whom they wanted me to be Exec Assistant. He thought I was a perfect match for him but it was a very difficult relationship. He didn't know what he wanted or needed or how to articulate that. I went away thinking the interview had been a flop.

Question 1
They asked a lot of questions and tried to discern if I was a good fit for the DED. I was sure I wasn't a good fit, and 3 years later was moved to another department because I was right about that. This happened a lot there. They did not have a sense of what was required for any particular job. The DED was verbally abusive and berated me with other around several times.
