The recruiter saw my resume and experience and called me right away for an interview the next day. The interviewer was a cool guy. Simply put, the people who work for ASML in the US seem to be down to earth. Of course this is only based off one interview.

You have to be prepared for English questions. English questions were difficult because I am Korean.

Within a month of applying, had a recorded video interview and then a video call with managers. Content of interviews were both technical and personal questions. Altogether it was a smooth experience.

1. HR screening 2. On-site interview Rejection. Each round rotates around 5 working days with very standardized scedule and HRs are apporachable, professional, and helpful. But 3-hour on-site interview is too long. Make sure you eat something before going there.
