It started with telephonic screening and later on with a personal interview with the hiring manager. Though I didn't had the background in supply chain still I was called up for the personal interview. In the end I was not selected with the reason being that I don't have experience in Supply Chain though my motivation and experience is rich. In my opinion it was not so good experience because if they really want someone with supply chain background then why are they wasting time of other candidates without that requirement.
