You need to prepare English introduction to show your weakness and strength.
Ask your experience with facing the customers and show your soft ability.

It was one half day onsite with 3 different interviews. You first introduce your experience, previous project. Then there was a case study, and which you can prepare before. In general not that difficult.

Introduce yourself and then ask questions about your CV, e.g. what difficulties did you encounter during the project, how did you solve them, what did you learn in the process, explain the theory of the project, how did you apply your skills in the process
