      Ich habe mich über einen Personalvermittler auf eine Unternehmerposition beworben. Meine Unterlagen musste ich nach dem Standard des Vermittlers noch einmal überarbeiten. Der Personalvermittler reichte meine Bewerbung ein und eine Woche später wurde ich zu einem Telefoninterview eingeladen. Im Anschluss erhielt ich die Einladung zu einem Interview vor Ort. Es folgten zwei 1:1-Interview mit zwei Teamleitern. Das erste Interview was weniger technisch, das zweite war dafür etwas stressig. Die Fragen waren fair, aber sobald ich mit etwas antwortete, lautete die nächste Frage „Wie kommt das?“ und dann „Wie kommt das? Sind Sie sicher?“
