Phone screen, two technical interviews. Lots of things that were rough in the process, and I think they are eliminating good candidates with their process. 1)The recruiters work through a randomly generated email system so each reply comes from a different address. Not a dealbreaker but it doesn't seem professional. 2) First screening call is a lot of "can you spell your first and last name again for me" "why did you apply" "why are you leaving your current job, 30 seconds max" and this should really just be part of the application. 3) First technical interview was ok, interviewer was not fluent in english (for a US position) but ASML is international so maybe that's part of the plan. 4) Second technical interview was a time. Interviewer never turned his camera on. Stated "I don't like normal interview questions so I make my own and do my own thing" but then proceeded to come up with unrealistic scenarios, make wild claims about processes that I have used as an engineer, and would not listen. Finally realized 80% of the way through the interview that he wanted basic textbook answers even though these do not work in the real world and the last 20% was ok but not great when I started giving these instead of the real world solutions. I did my best but we did not get along, did not get moved along past this interview
