ASML PhD Material Science Engineer interview questions

Made it to round 2. The process felt very clinical and impersonal. It seemed like minimal effort was put into handling my application, as I never interacted with a real person. The virtual interview process involved recording myself answering questions, which felt detached. I received a generic rejection email afterward, which even had flaws in the text and subject line. Overall, I didn't feel acknowledged throughout the process. A bit more human engagement would go a long way in making candidates feel valued.
