I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at ASML (Wilton, CT) in Apr 2024
Interview
Process consisted of 6 total interviews. I personally went through 5 total interviews before my 6th interview was to be rescheduled while I was finishing up my 5th interview due to "urgent escalation". The recruiter said that they will be in touch, but never reached out to me. However, after a week, I saw my application was silently rejected on the online portal. I never received an rejection email, I just happened to check the status online one day. Following this, I emailed the recruiter once more and asked for feedback as I was surprised at the application result given my positive conversations with the multiple hiring managers in my first 5 interviews. Never got a reply to any of my emails. This was one of my dream companies, and I expected a higher level of professionalism. At the very least a rejection email from the main recruiter and some feedback, especially given the amount of time I dedicated to preparing for this interview process. If you are asking a candidate to participate in 6 interviews, I don't think that's an unreasonable expectation. Very disappointment by the interview process for this company.
The interview process is successful. There are several behavior questions and an easy coding test. You can choose to use any programming language you want. The most part of the interview is digging into the resume.
