Call with HR, call with line manager, call with head of department.
All people have asked very blurry and out of context questions which need insiders information. Missing to provide enough information to properly answer the questions.
One typical example would be:
What is your budget for the year?
When asked additional information or facts to provide a better and tailored answer the only help is "oh just let me know" or "it's just to know a bit more about your budget management" therefore all the final answers provided aren't in line with their expectations as they don't explain.
On the recruitment process by itself:
- Lack of information provided
- Lack of commitment to the deadline set by themselves
- Hard to properly understand what they mean due to a very poor level of English at all levels: from HR to head of department.
- Not providing enough information
- They never allow enough time to get to know more the company, it's always a one way recruitment process
- You end up feeling that there aren't any open positions and they are assessing the market to get some creative ideas.
- No feedback is provided
