I applied through other source. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at AT&T (International Falls, MN) in Oct 2021
Interview
Interview went well for this remote Customer Service Rep position. Felt confident with the interviewer about what my duties would be. Had a bad feeling a week later and decided to check out the reviews on here and I’m glad I did. This isn’t customer service. This is 100% sales and you’re expected to make one during every call; you’re being listened to and you’ll be written up if you’re not making a certain amount of sales per day. I was furious that I’d been lied to.
They sent all their equipment to me by this point. I simply emailed them back and told them this wasn’t what I was looking for, tell me where to send all this stuff back to. That’s the last contact I had with them.
You may apply online and may receive an email to schedule a phone interview. With one of their human resource agents. It may be a third-party conpany until you pass a preliminary interview and advance to the next stage. The interview was brief and straightforward and one may be hired on the spot.
Just like having a conversation. Basically asked about availability, working with others and independently, handling difficult customers and difficult situations, also how would you handle overcoming objection with sales and would that be a problem for you.
it was easy and fun to interview, with lots of questions but they made me feel welcomed. they touched based on everything i wanted to know about the role and all my expectations
