Went to job board online, They scheduled a video interview about three days later, Interview is about one hour long, They call you in about a week to let you know if you received employment offer

They asked basic customer service and sales questions and had you role play different scenarios.

Interview was short & sweet. A majority of it was the interview explaining company values. I was asked to sell a phone plan to the interviewer but it wasn’t intimidating.
