I applied through college or university. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at AT&T (Tel Aviv-Yafo) in May 2024
Interview
The interview started with small and quick introduction of the interviewer.
Followed by me being asked to tell about my self.
Moving on to talk about the code I submitted on the home assignment, That was given prior to the interview.
Followed by a few technical questions mostly micro services.
Ended with some easy LeetCode questions and general talk about the company and the TDP program.
After I applied, the first round was an automated HackerRank OA, which had four questions with a 1 hour limit. The first two were standard questions and then one basic SQL question.
I applied online. I interviewed at AT&T in Jan 2026
Interview
First round was an OA took it back in September didn't hear back until mid January that I was moved to the next round. Which was a technical hacker rank type question 2 question 1 leetcode easy 2nd was debugging and finally some simple conceptual questions with 2 current TDP Software Engineers went pretty smooth. They mentioned in the 2nd round I was supposed to receive a recruiter call before the second technical but I never got that so I went straight to the technical round. Next round was the final behavioral with the hiring manager just be prepared to answer questions using the STAR approach around 6 questions and follow up questions.

Interview
I took the OA in Oct 2025 and received no real communication until Jan 2026 where I was invited to do the technical interview. The interview itself wasn’t too bad: I interviewed with two current SWEs in the program, the live coding had a question that was a level of a leetcode easy, and it had an addition system design portion. I’m assuming I didn’t receive an offer since it’s been a few weeks with zero communication.
