I applied online. The process took 3 days. I interviewed at ATI in Nov 2017
Interview
It was a fairly straightforward interview asking about work history and why did I want to work for ATI. It was a decent mixture of preplanned questions as well as some impromptu ones.
Virtual and in-person interview. Interviewers seemed fairly nice, but did not feel like an enjoyable place to work. Seems like there was tension in the workplace community, at least between the operators and management. Plant also felt run-down and unsafe in some areas.

I applied through college or university. I interviewed at ATI (Columbus, OH) in Oct 2013
Interview
Plant tour visit, interview with plant manager and multiple engineers. I applied online with my school and had references within the company. I heard back within a few weeks of applying and heard back within a few weeks of completing the interview. Communication was good with the company on the offer.
