Shortlisted and a telephonic technical round.was expecting according to the experience but not on experience it went on till basics from bachelors.interviewer did not even check the JD before interview

Technical skills from the job description wont be followed as long as it is concerned to the Microsoft Langauges u need to answer all the basic questions including what you learnt in you bachelors otherwise u are out of the interview
Coding test, system design, behavioral questions.
- Codility, 3 questions, leetcode medium and c# class design
- 1st round: discussion on codility, system design
- 2nd round: system design, past experience, cultural fit
It was great. Really polite people, and I would not have expected anything more than from the wonderful people here at AVEVA. The process was straightforward with a panel interview with 3 developers.
