Simple and smooth process throughout, usually 2 interviewers in the meeting, but long wait times in between each stage. The easy interviews mean a lot of people make it to the final round and offers are rare.

One behavioral and one technical interview, both run by R&D managers. Behavioral was pretty standard, and technical was simple — I was asked to write a function to calculate a factorial. The interviewer asked some follow-up questions about the reasoning behind the function and was mostly interested in my thought process.
