College Recruiting. I gave my resume to one of the HR team members and was called for an interview on campus the next day. The interview was very relaxed and they basically went through my resume and asked questions. There were two interviewers and both asked questions. It was more like a conversation.
First general question about applicant and role. Gave me 2 hours to solve a pricing case, and then show it to managers. English is a must. Excel data analysis was required.

I got an interview from a warm intro, which led to 5 interviews in total: my connection, the R&T team, a CFD expert, current Co-Ops, another interview with R&D team, and a CAD engineer.

Straightforward process, applied via school portal. Asked about resume points and standard behavioural questions. Gave an overview of the work and expected role. Hiring manager decided to offer on the spot.
